Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Food Runner ,Gaucho Food Runner where your energetic spirit and exceptional hospitality skills will elevate the guest experience from the moment they walk through our doors. In this multifaceted role, you’ll be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring food is delivered promptly and accurately while providing warm, welcoming service to all guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments that keep guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, customer engagement, and restaurant operations in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
Assist servers by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
Greet guests warmly upon arrival as a host, managing reservations and seating arrangements with professionalism and friendliness.
Handle food handling duties safely, adhering to food safety guidelines and proper sanitation practices.
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, demonstrating culinary awareness and teamwork.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly.
Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple responsibilities in a lively restaurant setting.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, including roles involving serving, bussing, or hosting.
Experience with food handling, safety protocols, and basic food preparation is advantageous.
Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members effectively.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest services in fast-paced settings ensures a positive dining experience for all patrons.
