Job Overview
The Tamra Wade Team of RE/MAX TRU is growing and is currently seeking EXPERIENCED highly motivated ONSITE sales professionals to be part of our new homes sales team in the metro Atlanta area and more specifically in Gwinnett County. Onsite Sales experience is required. We represent multiple private builders in the metro Atlanta and the surrounding counties. Our team has been recognized by RE/MAX as # 1 in Georgia and the #4 team in the US. We're looking for sales professionals that realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the team, but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience. We’re committed to hard work & fostering personal, as well as professional growth. Additionally, you can enjoy proven training for success in new homes and a great team environment. ONLY qualified agents need apply. Opportunities are located in Macon, Warner Robins and Perry areas.

Job responsibilities:

· Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals

· Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

· Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business

· Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process

· Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community

· Working & communicating effectively with customers & team-members throughout the sales, construction & warranty phases

· Understanding the loan process

· Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays required*

Candidates must possess:

· GA Real Estate license required

·Atleast 1 year of onsite experience required

· Proven closing/negotiating skills

· Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures.

· Great listening skills & creative problem-solving abilities

· A proven background in prospecting

· Proactive follow up with prospective customers

· Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually

Duties

Engage with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized tours and detailed property information
Assist clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience
Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and financing options to meet both client expectations and company goals
Promote new developments using marketing strategies, including digital outreach, open houses, and community events
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, appointments, and sales activities in accordance with real estate laws and fair housing regulations
Collaborate with property management teams to stay informed about available inventory, pricing updates, and project timelines
Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to real estate transactions and fair housing laws while delivering exceptional customer service

Experience

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or property management within the real estate industry or related fields
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
Familiarity with marketing techniques relevant to real estate or new home developments
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey property features and address client questions
Organizational skills to manage multiple client appointments and administrative tasks efficiently
Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management practices is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
