DAILY SNAPSHOT
- Ensure a seamless inventory process – by leading all aspects – from taking and processing orders to calculating shipping costs and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Partner with our web design firm and marketing specialist to develop our long-term marketing strategy, website sales and content creation needs
- Research and resolve errors and/or discrepancies with customer orders by working with our suppliers to handle shipping issues and ensuring purchase records are accurately kept
- Make company purchases and process multiple orders a day
- In constant communication with the customers either by phone or email.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You have at least 3 years customer service experience (preferably in the agriculture or gift industry) and are a pro working in Excel
- You are accountable, always demonstrating integrity and delivering what is promised
- You are organized – with a love of efficiency and consistency
- You are analytical, inquisitive, number crunching, spreadsheet loving, math minded, and enjoy digging into the details
- You care about other people and support other team members with a positive, collaborative approach
