Goal Objective: The objective of the Business Process & Procurement Manager is to oversee company purchasing and lead business process improvements that enhance efficiency, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
CMC Expectations of a Business Process & Procurement Manager:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for company purchasing.
· Maintain purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, and resolve procurement issues.
· Improve administrative workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
· Enhance communication between departments and support cross-functional collaboration.
· Implement standardized procedures, documentation, and ERP data accuracy improvements.
· Support onboarding of suppliers and customers.
· Assist Accounting with PO/receiving/invoice alignment.
Skills Required of a Business Process & Procurement Manager:
· Strong organizational and analytical skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· ERP system experience and strong Microsoft suite skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Experience in purchasing, procurement, or business administration.
· Ability to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications for a Business Process & Procurement Manager:
· Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments.
· 3-5+ years experience in purchasing, business administration, procurement, or operations support.
· Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail.
· Manufacturing purchasing or machine-shop experience.
· Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of an organization as well as customers and suppliers.
· Experience developing SOPs and business process documentation.
Working Environment:
This position operates in a manufacturing environment and will regularly interact with personnel throughout the Collins Manufacturing facility. The Business Process & Procurement Manager should be comfortable working in an environment that includes office, production, machining, welding, and warehouse activities.
The position requires regular interaction with employees, suppliers, customers, and management and may require occasional movement throughout the manufacturing facility.

Business Hours:
· Monday to Thursday
· 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
· Fridays as needed
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
