Full Job Description

GPI Enterprises, Inc. is seeking qualified Aeromedical Case Technicians to support a potential federal contract providing aeromedical case management support at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia.

The Aeromedical Case Technician will provide administrative medical case processing and customer support for an Air Force aeromedical program supporting Reserve personnel. This position involves reviewing and tracking medical case documentation, maintaining accurate case information within Government medical systems, coordinating with medical units and providers, and assisting members and Government personnel throughout the case review process.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, review, track, and process medical case documentation to ensure required information is complete and available for Government medical provider review and adjudication.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate case information and status data within applicable Air Force and Department of Defense medical information systems.
Review case files for completeness, identify missing or incomplete documentation, and communicate additional information requirements to appropriate medical units or personnel.
Track medical cases throughout the review process and provide timely status information to appropriate stakeholders.
Support processing of accession, retention, flying, and other aeromedical waiver actions in accordance with established Government policies and procedures.
Coordinate scheduling and case-related activities with Reserve Medical Units (RMUs), medical treatment facilities, the Aeromedical Consult Service, civilian providers, and other organizations as required.
Assist with collection and compilation of documentation required for final case disposition.
Provide day-to-day customer support to individual members, medical personnel, Reserve units, wings, and other authorized system users.
Respond to telephone calls, emails, correspondence, and requests for case information within established performance standards.
Review incoming correspondence and communications to determine appropriate action, referral, or escalation to Government personnel.
Maintain accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and proper handling of sensitive medical and personally identifiable information.
Assist with recurring administrative, reporting, training, and workflow-support activities as required.
Perform other related aeromedical case management support duties in accordance with contract requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
Experience in medical administration, medical records, healthcare case processing, medical scheduling, healthcare program support, military medical administration, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated ability to review detailed documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Strong data-entry, records management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication and customer-service skills.
Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn specialized Government information systems.
Ability to appropriately safeguard sensitive medical information, PII, and other protected Government information.
Ability to work professionally with medical personnel, military members, leadership, and other Government stakeholders.
Must be able to successfully complete required Government suitability/security processing, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
Must be able to work on-site at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience supporting the U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, military treatment facilities, Reserve medical organizations, or other federal healthcare programs.
Experience with medical readiness, occupational health, aeromedical, waiver, physical examination, or similar medical administrative workflows.
Experience using DoD or other Government healthcare information systems.
Familiarity with healthcare documentation, medical terminology, medical records, or case-management processes.
Experience working in a high-volume medical administrative environment.

Work Environment

This position is expected to primarily perform services on-site at Robins AFB.
