Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling visual content for our cannabis brand that elevates brand identity and engages audiences across multiple platforms. As a key contributor, you will bring ideas to life through digital art, branding, and visual storytelling, ensuring each project resonates with clarity and creativity. Your expertise will help shape the visual language of our brand, making a lasting impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties

Develop and execute captivating designs for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media content, and corporate branding materials.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create cohesive visual concepts aligned with brand strategy.
Design logos, icons, and other branding elements that communicate brand values effectively.
Produce motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and other animation tools to enhance storytelling.
Manage layout design for brochures, presentations, sign manufacturing projects, and other print materials.
Utilize Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other tools for digital design projects.
Incorporate photography and photo manipulation techniques to enrich visual narratives.
Ensure color management consistency across all designs while applying principles of color theory and typography for maximum impact.
Develop UI/UX designs for websites and applications using web standards such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems.
Maintain high standards of visual design quality by adhering to brand guidelines and production specifications.
Present concepts clearly to stakeholders through compelling presentations using InVision or similar tools.

Experience

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital art, branding projects, motion graphics, and print advertising.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
Solid understanding of web design principles including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress development and content management systems.
Demonstrated ability in logo design, layout design, typesetting, sign manufacturing or production design is highly desirable.
Knowledge of color management techniques and typography best practices to create visually appealing designs.
Experience working on marketing campaigns with an emphasis on digital art creation and video editing is preferred.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
