Full Job Description

Position:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Personal Executive Assistant to join our office team. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient operations through strong communication and organizational skills.

Location:
Girard, Ohio

Responsibilities:

Support for the Owner / Executive of the company, including but not limited to recording meetings, taking notes, relaying information to other staff departments, running errands as necessary for the Executive, and setting / executing reminders.
Maintain all scheduling and phone calls directly related to the Executive
Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Must be willing to tag along on the Executive's meetings
Must be available on Tuesday / Thursday Evenings for Seminars / Presentations
Proven experience as an office administrator, assistant, or relevant administrative role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MicroSoft Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
A background in marketing/graphic design is a plus.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva or Adobe Products (graphical background)
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
A high school diploma and additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Photography experience is a plus
