Full Job Description

About the Role

We’re building a fresh, modern behavioral health team—and we’re looking for an energetic, creative LPC or LSW who wants to grow with an established agency that’s expanding. If you love connecting with people, using evidence-based care, and bringing new ideas to improve client outcomes, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual therapy (and groups if desired) using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT skills, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, etc.)
Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning within required timelines
Collaborate with our team (case managers, prescribers, support staff) to coordinate care and improve outcomes
Support crisis planning, safety planning, and appropriate referrals when needed
Maintain an organized caseload, manage scheduling, and communicate professionally with clients and families
Participate in supervision/consultation and contribute ideas to strengthen workflows, client experience, and retention

Required Qualifications

Active Ohio license: LPC or LSW (LPCC/ LISW welcome)
Ability to pass background checks and meet credentialing requirements (as applicable)
Strong documentation habits and ethical decision-making
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with trauma, adolescents, SUD, serious mental illness, or community behavioral health
Group therapy experience
Bilingual skills
Interest in outreach/community partnerships
