Full Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support a blend of Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is open to a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Job Title: Junior Staff Accountant (Temp or Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Warminster, PA (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, cash applications, and account reconciliations
Perform B2B collections outreach via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances and reduce aging
Review customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
Process high-volume accounts payable including invoice entry, 3-way matching, and payment processing
Assist with vendor communication and resolve billing issues or discrepancies
Support month-end close activities including reporting and reconciliations
Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
Collaborate with internal teams including operations, sales, and leadership

Qualifications:

1-3+ years of experience in AR, AP, or collections
Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or a high-volume environment preferred
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a plus)
Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work fully onsite in Warminster, PA
