Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Service Coordinator, where you will be the vital link between our customers and our mobile automotive service department. This energetic role involves coordinating mobile vehicle repairs, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless communication between technicians and clients. Your enthusiasm and mechanical knowledge will drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, making a tangible difference in every vehicle we service! We’re looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding auto service experiences!

Responsibilities

Coordinate mobile automotive repair appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient workflow.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and explain repair processes clearly.
Assist technicians with estimating repairs using automotive diagnostics tools and estimating software, including auto estimating and service writing.
Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission repairs to enhance customer value.
Manage client communication throughout the repair process, providing updates and answering questions to foster trust.
Support dealership operations by handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining detailed service records.
Collaborate with the sales team to promote automotive repair packages and vehicle maintenance plans.
Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive repair procedures including collision repair, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs.

Experience

Proven experience as a service technician or in an automotive repair shop setting, with dealership experience preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems such as transmissions, oil changes, wheel alignments, suspension systems, tire services, brakes, and diesel engines.
Familiarity with computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools and auto estimating software is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to clients.
Demonstrated ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driving is an essential part of this role.
Experience in auto sales or automotive service management is a plus but not required.
