Administrative Assistant & Social Media Manager Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant & Social Media Manager plays a key role in supporting daily real estate operations while elevating the company’s digital presence. This hybrid role blends organization, marketing creativity, and client communication to help drive listings, brand visibility, and overall business efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate Administrative Support

Coordinate listing preparation: gather property details, schedule photos, manage lockboxes, signage, and MLS input
Prepare transaction files with accuracy
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for listings and closings
Assist with client communication, appointment scheduling, and follow‑ups
Support agents with daily tasks, showing coordination, and open house preparation
Track deadlines, inspections, contingencies, and closing timelines
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism

Social Media & Marketing

Create and manage content for listings, open houses, market updates, and brand messaging
Produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and short‑form videos across platforms
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and cohesive brand voice
Run targeted ads or boosted posts for listings and lead generation
Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement
Track analytics, growth, and performance metrics
Collaborate with agents to highlight wins, testimonials, and community involvement
Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and platform algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with MLS systems, real estate documents, or willingness to learn
Proficiency with social media platforms and basic content creation tools
