Mammography Tech-PRN

Schedule: PRN Weekdays Only.

Fauquier Health’s Medical Imaging Department offers a full range of screening, diagnostic, and interventional imaging procedures using advanced technology. We are proud to offer a wide range of breast health screening services and diagnostic imaging technology to provide customized care and additional peace of mind to our community.

How you’ll contribute

A Mammography Technologist who excels in this role:

Performs specialized examinations of the breast to help in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease as requested by physicians. Performs bone densitometry studies.
Produces high quality images with appropriate comparison studies as indicated by the Radiologist in a timely manner.
Demonstrates high level of clinical and technical competency in performs of all exams and procedures.

What we’re looking for -
Applicants must be ARRT (R) registered and exam eligible to become ARRT (M)

Must ARRT (M) registerd within 12 months of hire.
Basic Life Support certification is required within 7 days of hire.
1+ year experience in Mammography highly preferred.

Hourly range $37.55-$50.69
