Job Summary:
Potter/Assembler 1515 Grundy's Lane, Bristol, PA (9/80 Schedule, 6:30am Start)
Pay Rate $27/hr on w2
Duration- 3 months
Client- Aerospace & Defense

About the Role
Join our high-reliability electronics manufacturing team as a Potter/Assembler, where your attention to detail and hands-on skills ensure the quality and integrity of critical electronic assemblies. This contract role offers a unique 9/80 schedule, providing you with every other Friday off for improved work-life balance. You'll play a pivotal part in applying conformal coatings, pottings, and adhesives in a dynamic, team-focused environment with opportunities for cross-training and skill development.

Responsibilities

Execute staking, masking, and conformal coating application on electronic assemblies following precise documented processes.
Apply potting compounds and adhesives to units, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications.
Perform modifications, repairs, and engineering changes as directed.
Skillfully use specialized hand tools such as torque screwdrivers, dispensing equipment, and spray guns.
Accurately generate and maintain detailed assembly records, including labor tracking.
Collaborate with quality representatives, engineers, and customers to meet stringent quality standards.
Inspect both own work and that of peers to ensure compliance and reliability.
Uphold ESD, housekeeping, and safety requirements at all times.
Support and train fellow team members as needed.
Utilize basic PC skills for documentation and timesheet entry.
Comply with all EH&S procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret BOMs, Work Instructions, Travelers, blueprints, Routers, and Engineering Change Notices.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong adherence to ethics, attendance, and safety policies.
Proficient in following both written and verbal instructions.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

Preferred Skills

IPC-610 Class III Certification.
J-STD-001 Certification.
