Legal Client Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a Client Relations Coordinatorwith a passion for exceptional client care and an appreciation for top-notch service. Whether you’re responding to inbound inquiries or stepping in to support our intake department, you’ll set the tone for what makes Marasco & Nesselbush extraordinary. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the first impression of our firm and ensuring every caller feels respected and understood.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is not only service-driven but also motivated by teamwork, performance metrics, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Quickly respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients seeking legal support.
Convert qualified leads into retained clients by articulating what makes our firm unique while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Follow up on leads and referrals.
Provide back-up support to the intake department when needed.

· Create and update client records with accurate, thorough, and timely information & notes.

· Work proactively to contribute to our mission of compassionate care and advocacy.

Qualifications to Thrive in This Role

· Bilingual in Spanish & English— required to serve a diverse client base.

· Preferred customer service and/or outbound sales experience preferred.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.

· Familiarity with technology tools, including:

o Zoom Contact Center.

o Multi-line phone systems.

o Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

o Microsoft Office suite.

· Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by metrics, with strong time management skills.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

· A client-first mindset and the ability to demonstrate care and empathy in all interactions.

· A consistent Monday- Friday schedule, 8:30am-5pm
