About the Role

The Sales Manager in Training program is a defined, two-phase pathway that moves you from top-performing rep to independent team leader over six months, with support at every step along the way.

What You'll Do

Phase 1: Evaluation & Preparation (Months 1–3)

Lead by example, aligning your day-to-day with the company's mission and values
Maintain top-tier sales performance while mastering our proven sales process
Build trust with peers and contribute directly to team success
Complete leadership-focused development and apply it in real time

Phase 2: Leadership Transition (Months 4–6)

Month 4: Shadow the current Sales Manager and take on your first leadership tasks
Month 5: Co-manage the team with hands-on guidance from leadership
Month 6: Step into an independent leadership role, still backed by ongoing support
