Full Job Description

Full-Time Office Clerk - Providence, RI

Location: Providence, RI
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Office Clerk Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk, your major responsibilities will include:

Ensure contractual and legal mandates are met
Maintain files, records, and administrative documentation
Prepare reports, schedules, and operational paperwork
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
Prepare agendas and schedule appointments
Submit payroll accurately and in a timely manner
Support location management with daily administrative tasks
Assist with data entry and recordkeeping
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Provide excellent customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors
Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred 2+ years of administrative or office experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated leadership qualities and self-motivation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
