Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the HR support team supporting daily administrative functions and employee communication activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, and a professional demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: LeCenter, MN

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

Shift: M-Th 9a-6p, Fri 9a-1p

What's the Job?

Provide verbal interpretation between Somali and English for employees, applicants, and HR staff.
Translate written documents, forms, and communications as needed.
Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and email inquiries.
Schedule appointments and assist with HR-related meetings and orientations.

What's Needed?

Fluency in Somali and English (spoken and written) required.
Previous translation or interpretation experience preferred.
Administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
