Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all information processed. Your proactive approach and excellent computer skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our office functions, supporting overall productivity and client satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while working in a fast-paced environment that values efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data records using Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, and specialized software such as QuickBooks.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer service.
Organize and file physical and digital documents with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring easy retrieval and security of sensitive information.
Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone communication with professionalism.
Proofread and verify data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; perform quality checks regularly.
Support bookkeeping activities by recording transactions accurately in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows, improve organizational systems, and enhance overall office productivity.

Experience

Prior clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is required; experience in medical reception or personal assistant roles is a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry best practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Bilingual abilities are preferred to support diverse client communication needs.
Previous experience using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable.
Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and customer support protocols.
