Full Job Description

Indirect Lending Account Manager - Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area

Compensation

· Base Salary: $60K per year

· Company Vehicle: Provided after 90 days of employment

· Commission Plan: The position offers a base salary of $60K, along with a performance-based commission structure that provides the opportunity for total annual compensation of $70,000+ depending on production and performance.

Benefits

As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for the comprehensive benefits offered by the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of our benefit plans and policies. These currently include:

· Insurance Options: Access to major medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your eligible dependents, with partial premium subsidies provided by the Company

· 401(k) Retirement Plan: Participation available after meeting eligibility requirements, with 100% immediate vesting on Company matching contributions

· Health Savings Account (HSA)

· Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Section 125

· Paid Holidays:

· Company-observed holidays

· Floater Holidays (first calendar year based on hire date):

· 2 floater holidays if hired before July 1

· 1 floater holiday if hired between July 1 and September 30

· No floater holidays if hired after September 30

· Beginning the following calendar year, you will receive 2 floater holidays annually

· Paid Time Off (PTO): Includes rollover of up to 40 hours per year

We are seeking self-motivated, results-driven individuals with a background in auto dealership operations to join our team as an Indirect Lending Account Manager in select markets.

CRIF Select Corporation, a CRIF Company, operates globally with offices in the United States, Italy, and beyond. We specialize in business process outsourcing and licensed software solutions for banks, credit unions, and finance companies. Our technology empowers financial institutions to streamline loan processing and enhance operational efficiency.

This role supports the CRIF Select platform and will be responsible for managing relationships within assigned geographic territories.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with auto dealers

· Stay current on industry products and trends

· Deliver exceptional customer service to both dealer and lending partners

Qualifications

· Background in the automotive or credit union industry is required

· Strong time management and interpersonal communication skills

· Ability to work independently from a virtual office

· Willingness to travel frequently

· Additional duties as assigned
