Full Job Description

Program Manager

Position Overview

Provides leadership, direction, and oversight for a large-scale federal cybersecurity program supporting government customer. Responsible for program execution, delivery, staffing, cost, schedule, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead execution of all contract task areas including cybersecurity operations, engineering, and program support

· Develop and manage Program Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule

· Oversee delivery of all contract deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness

· Manage cost, schedule, and performance across program lifecycle

· Provide executive-level briefings and stakeholder engagement

· Implement Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives

· Coordinate cross-functional teams including subcontractors

· Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, OMB, and federal requirements

Required Qualifications

· Master’s degree in business, IT, cybersecurity, or related field

· 10+ years managing large cybersecurity or IT programs

· Experience leading federal programs of similar size/scope

· PMP, ITIL or CRISC certification required

· CISSP preferred

· Strong experience with program governance and risk management

· Demonstrated leadership managing multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs of similar size and complexity
- Experience with enterprise-scale environments and cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, and federal reporting

Clearance Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen; Public Trust or higher clearance required.

Work Environment

Hybrid role based in Alexandria, VA. Initial 30 days onsite, followed by 2–3 days onsite per week.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
