We are looking for experienced account executives who want to build on their network of bankers and brokers across the nation to send us their Non-QM and Sub-Prime Loans and help them close more loans. Prior Mortgage experience REQUIRED. Job Duties :

Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers
Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans. Your job is to sell, not process!
Communicate with brokers/staff to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions and financial information.
Ability to follow directions
Work with Senior Management on goals and projections
Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements.
NMLS license not required
Appreciate the use of technology in the mortgage arena
