Full Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding and meaningful career that changes other men’s lives? We are looking for a responsible, energetic Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant to join our team and work alongside our medical providers. We are TCFY 1, llc, a concierge specialty practice, and we focus primarily on Erectile Dysfunction and Testosterone Therapy. We also service men with general medical conditions such as hypertension, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and post-prostatectomy patients. Paid industry-specific training and a competitive salary and patient review bonuses, are waiting for the right candidate!

Qualifications:

· Responsible and punctual.

· Charismatic and empathetic to patient needs.

· 1yr of phlebotomy experience and able to perform accurate blood draws.

· Capable of learning new procedures and therapies.

Must have reliable transportation.

Duties:

· Schedule patient appointments.

· Prepare for patient appointments by reviewing and updating patient records prior and after each appointment.

· Utilize EHR, lab record systems, and Microsoft products to review, document, and save correspondence.

· Work with medical team to conduct patient visits in a timely manner.

· Take or respond to patient calls daily with accurate notetaking.

· Restock supplies, maintain cleanliness of office and rooms with appropriate infection control standards, and maintain daily inventory counts.
