Contract: Government contract proposal with the Department of Navy

Duration: 5-year government contract

Position Levels: Mid-Level and Senior-Level

Clearance: Active Security Clearance (Secret or higher) is preferred

Overview:

CPMC, LLC is seeking creative and skilled Web and Digital Interface Designers to join our team for an active government contract proposal with the Department of Navy. We are hiring for both Mid-Level and Senior-Level positions to design and optimize web interfaces, ensuring usability and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

Design digital user interfaces or websites by developing, modifying, and testing layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus.
Ensure compatibility and usability across different browsers and devices.
Utilize web framework applications and adhere to government coding standards and processes.
Evaluate and refine web design in accordance with web and accessibility standards.
Analyze web usage metrics to optimize websites for marketability and search engine rankings.
Design, modify, and test interfaces to enhance humancomputer interaction, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
Create and modify graphics for websites.
Manage website content and ensure proper linking and functionality.

Requirements:

Mid-Level Position:

Bachelor's degree in math, science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
Competent skills in performing moderately complex tasks independently, with guidance for more complex tasks.
Proven ability to complete tasks on time to a satisfactory standard.

Senior-Level Position:

Bachelor's degree in math, science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a related field.
Proficient skills in performing complex tasks independently.
Ability to guide and oversee junior and midlevel team members.
Proven track record of completing tasks on time to a satisfactory standard or better.

Desired Skills:

Strong design, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency with design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
Understanding of web standards, accessibility, and best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
