We’re looking for someone who enjoys construction, understands how projects come together, and wants to play a major role in helping customers move from ideas to signed projects.
This is a high-impact position with opportunity to grow, influence company direction, and directly contribute to the success of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and prospective customers to understand project goals
- Visit project sites and gather information for budgeting and proposals
- Develop estimates and project budgets
- Present proposals and help customers move confidently into construction
- Build strong relationships and create a great customer experience
- Work closely with ownership and project teams during preconstruction
- Maintain and manage sales opportunities from first meeting to signed contract
- Help improve estimating processes and contribute ideas as the company grows
- You’ll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the preconstruction process, helping customers make informed decisions while creating a seamless and professional experience from the first conversation through the signed agreement.

- Develop accurate, competitive estimates that support profitable projects.
- Build trust with prospective customers, resulting in a high proposal acceptance rate.
- Deliver a professional customer experience from the initial meeting through signed contract.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline with timely follow-up and consistent communication.
- Collaborate effectively with project management and field teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy, sales processes, and customer experience.
- Contribute to the company's continued growth through new sales and repeat customer relationships.

- Organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple Projects at once
- Comfortable using technology and learning estimating/project software
