Our Opportunity:

BridgeWise Financial Partners is a growing college planning and wealth management firm seeking an experienced, client-focused Administrative Client Service Associate to join our team in Troy, Michigan. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and being an integral part of a collaborative advisory team.

We're looking for someone who has meaningful experience as a Client Service Associate, or similar role, within a financial advisory firm. Experience working with Schwab Advisor Center, client account servicing, new account paperwork, transfers, money movement, and financial industry processes is highly valued. While every firm has its own way of serving clients, we're looking for someone who can bring their existing knowledge and quickly learn the BridgeWise systems, processes, and client-first philosophy.

As a Client Service Associate, you'll serve as one of the primary points of contact for clients while supporting advisors throughout the client journey. You'll help coordinate meetings, process account paperwork, manage client service requests, prepare for advisor appointments, maintain accurate client records, and ensure every interaction reflects the high level of care and professionalism our clients have come to expect. You'll also support our college planning workshops and client events while helping deliver a seamless experience from a family's first interaction with BridgeWise through every stage of their financial journey.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Coordinate services and communication with partners
Process financial transactions such as contributions, distributions, premiums, transfers, rollovers, and account maintenance requests
Create and manage newsletters and website updates
Deliver above-and-beyond service to clients, families, and partners
Participate in hands-on training and ongoing learning opportunities to grow within the role
Draft professional email and written correspondence on behalf of the company
Manage CRM follow-up, integrations, database updates, and appointment reminders
Assist with new family enrollment and onboarding processes
Schedule and coordinate family/client meetings, files, documents, and appointments
Organize and process client documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative workflows
Oversee emails and delegate tasks as needed
Welcome clients and prepare for in-person meetings
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
Process monthly memberships and payment plans
Handle incoming mail and delegate accordingly
Ensure office supplies and daily office operations run smoothly

Preferred Candidates Will Have:

Experience in financial services, investments, tax, or insurance industries (strongly preferred).
Knowledge of CRM systems and leveraging workflows (preferred).

Competencies to Advance Within Role:

Level 1- Associate Administrative Professional: Mastery of scheduling and client communication, Basic proficiency in CRM and office management software, Ability to manage document preparation and filing
Level 2- Administrative Professional: Advanced knowledge of CRM and client data management, Ability to assist with compliance-related tasks, Strong written and verbal communication skills
Level 3- Senior Administrative Professional: Expertise in workflow optimization and office efficiency, Proficiency in financial reporting support and client onboarding, Ability to train and mentor junior administrative staff

Monday to Friday
No weekends
