Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor flexo printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials according to specifications.
- Set up press equipment, including adjusting color registration, ink viscosity, and print parameters.
- Perform job setups, including plate mounting, ink mixing, die-cutting, and material loading.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the printing process to ensure color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including job tickets, quality checks, and material usage.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the press and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime .
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to manufacturing protocols.
- Document production details and communicate any issues promptly to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in cleaning and preparing equipment for upcoming jobs to ensure optimal performance.
