Shifts: Days, Evenings, and Weekends available

Our Dining Services team plays a vital role in enhancing the daily experience of those we serve. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Dining Services Aide to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Dining Services Aide, you will support meal service and kitchen operations while helping create a positive dining experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare dining areas before meals and assist with cleanup afterward
Serve meals to residents in a timely, friendly, and respectful manner
Assist with plating and portioning meals according to dietary guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas
Transport meal trays and supplies as needed
Communicate with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction
Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous food service or healthcare experience is a plus
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Compassionate and patient approach when working with residents
Willingness to learn dietary guidelines and procedures
Reliable attendance and punctuality
