ProVest LLC is seeking Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Washington, PA and surrounding areas.

Position Overview
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Make diligent service attempts:

Up to 3 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)

Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)

Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion

Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:

Upload photo evidence of addresses

Submit detailed attempt notes

Record service or non-service outcomes
