About Classy Cleaners
Classy Cleaners of Utah is a new residential and commercial cleaning company serving St. George and the surrounding Southern Utah area. We are building a team known for reliability, attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
We are looking for dependable cleaners who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, comfortable spaces for customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing local company early and advance into a team-lead or supervisory role.
What You’ll Do
As a Residential & Commercial Cleaner, you will:
- Clean homes, offices, and other small commercial properties
- Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Make beds and perform light room organization when included
- Complete standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning checklists
- Safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment
- Protect customer property, keys, entry codes, and personal information
- Inspect your work before leaving each property
- Communicate damages, safety concerns, or unusual conditions promptly
- Provide courteous and professional service to every customer
- Work independently or with another team member
Typical Schedule
Our primary appointment windows are:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
Initial hours will depend on customer demand and availability. Additional weekday or occasional weekend opportunities may become available as the company grows.
Compensation and Opportunities
- Starting pay of $18–$22* per hour, based on experience
- Mileage reimbursement for approved travel between assigned job locations

Previous professional cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, property-maintenance, or janitorial experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train applicants who demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
Basic Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have reliable transportation to customer locations
- Possess a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance when driving is required
- Have access to a smartphone for schedules and job communication
- Be willing to complete a background check consistent with applicable law
- Be comfortable working around common household pets
- Be able to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies or equipment weighing up to 30 pounds
Service Area
Assignments may be located throughout St. George and nearby Southern Utah communities, including Washington, Santa Clara, Ivins, and Hurricane.
