Full Job Description

CRO MANAGEMENT LLC, on behalf of an independent elderly gentleman in the general area of Warrenton, Virginia, is seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate person to provide assistance for day-to-day business and personal organization and support. The independent elderly gentleman is fully capable and self-sufficient, but would benefit from assistance to keep him organized, on time for appointments, and be driven as needed.

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

Work with the gentleman on Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Manage and organize business and personal appointments including Zoom teleconferences and maintain the gentleman’s calendar.

Provide transportation, using the gentleman’s vehicle, for appointments including transportation to restaurants, meetings, and other errands.

Assist with basic computer tasks and technology.

Organize and file personal and business documents.

Provide light duty household chores involving light cleaning and keeping the house organized and running smoothly.

Personal Assistant Qualifications:

Valid Drvier’s License with a “clean” driving record.

Agree to a “Background Check” if required.

Proficient with computer programs and technology.

Excellent organizational and communication skills - both oral and written.

Must be professional, punctual, dependable and respectful.

Capable and willing to perform light duty housekeeping tasks.

Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar organizational background.
