Full Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Specialist to design, develop, deploy, and maintain artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, Python, data science, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and production AI/ML implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
Analyze and prepare large datasets for machine learning applications.
Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, model selection, and model optimization.
Develop supervised and unsupervised machine learning solutions.
Build predictive analytics, classification, regression, and other ML models.
Develop AI/ML solutions that address real-world business requirements.
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Architects, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders.
Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications and workflows.
Develop and support Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate LLM responses.
Work with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Build and maintain AI/ML pipelines and production deployments.
Monitor model performance, accuracy, reliability, and data/model drift.
Implement appropriate model evaluation, validation, security, and monitoring processes.
Document models, experiments, methodologies, and deployment procedures.

Generative AI / LLM Responsibilities

Design and develop applications using Large Language Models.
Develop RAG-based solutions using enterprise data sources.
Work with embeddings and vector databases.
Develop prompt engineering and optimization techniques.
Integrate AI models through APIs and enterprise applications.
Evaluate model accuracy, relevance, hallucination, and response quality.
Implement appropriate AI security and responsible AI practices.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong Python programming skills.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
Experience with data preparation, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Generative AI / LLM Skills

Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
Experience with prompt engineering.
Experience with RAG architectures.
Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
Experience with AI/ML APIs and model integration.
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.
Understanding of AI model evaluation and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Databricks, MLflow, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or forecasting.
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, or open-source LLMs.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, or cloud-native deployment.
Experience building production-grade AI applications.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI/ML professional who can take an AI initiative from data preparation and model development through deployment, monitoring, and production support, with strong exposure to modern Generative AI and LLM technologies.

Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
