Welcome to Sea the City
Join us for our third full season of the most amazing water experience in Washington, DC. Calling all Captains looking to broaden their Maritime experience and embrace the more fun side of boating! We provide our guests with a two hour Hot Tub Boat Cruise of the harbor, offering the best views of the city from daytime to midnight.
Our season runs March through December. We are located at The Wharf Marina in Washington, DC.

Requirements
- 25 Ton Masters License (Inland or near coastal) Minimum
- TWIC Card
- FCC Radio License (preferred/will provide)
- Pre-employment drug test
- Random drug testing once hired
- First Aid/CPR (preferred/will provide)
- Background check including sex offender database
- No DUI convictions
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be able to work well with others, remain professional and KIND at all times
- Ability to receive and give directions well
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- Organized and efficient

Responsibilities
- Operate and navigate vessel safely, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
- Manage crew activities and delegate tasks effectively to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety drills and ensure all crew members are trained in first aid and CPR.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the vessel, utilizing mechanical knowledge and rigging skills.
- Communicate clearly with team members and external parties to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain necessary certifications, including USCG Master License and TWIC Card, to uphold safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
