Full Job Description

Millsap & Singer is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented paralegal to join our team in our Chesterfield, Missouri office. The firm specializes in real estate matters and the representation of mortgage lenders. Experience in this area is welcome but not required, as full training will be provided. Candidates must be motivated, have a positive attitude, and possess strong organizational, communication, and attention‑to‑detail skills. The ability to work independently, proactively, and to prioritize effectively is essential. This is a full‑time in-office position offering a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.

We are a medium‑sized law firm with a small‑firm atmosphere, where employees are recognized for their performance and contributions. Our office is centrally located with convenient public transportation access and no parking fees.

Highlighted Duties / Responsibilities

Assist attorneys and staff by reviewing loan origination documents, performing data entry, requesting services from vendors, drafting and reviewing documents, and filing with the court when necessary
Coordinate with various parties to obtain information needed to advance cases
Monitor bankruptcy filings, active military status, and death notifications to ensure compliance with case requirements
Respond to client requests and communicate case progress clearly and professionally
Accurately document and update all case‑management systems
Manage deadlines and meet all timeline expectations required by clients
