Full Job Description

The prestigious Southpointe Golf Club celebrating 30 Years of business is currently looking for Seasonal Pool Servers to join their 2026 season. The ideal server candidate will be a guest focused, motivated, and passionate team member with a solid foundation of in serving. He/she will have the ability to interact with members on a routine basis and show initiative and poise while delivering exemplary service to all patrons. Server candidates will learn how to creatively sell product, modify their procedures and tactics based on the outlet or event in which they are working, and exceed member expectations. This position will work in the pool area. All applicants should be a minimum age of 18.

JOB TASKS (DUTIES):

Interact with members, take orders, serve lunch/dinner/drinks.
Assess member needs and remember preferences.
Follow guidelines and beverage program outlines as described by ownership/management.
Maintain excellent service for all club members while carrying on appropriate conversations and enforcing club rules.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Present menu and show strong menu knowledge (ability to answer questions about ingredients, portions sizes, potential allergens).
Correctly process member ID payments per club policy.
Communicate order details to the kitchen through POS system and good communication.
Serve food and drink orders. Also remove used dinnerware, beverage cups and other food service items when guests are finished with their meal.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Responsibly serve alcohol to members.
Attend pre-shift meetings to review daily features, changes to the menu, service specifications.

The Southpointe Golf Club is conveniently located off of I-79 through Southpointe's own interchange, Exit 48.
