We are on the hunt for a visionary entrepreneur ready to step into a co-founding CTO role for our next venture. We want someone who's ready for a startup's ups and downs. Your Role as CTO:

Technical Visionary: Establish the company's technical vision and lead all aspects of technological development, including strategic direction and future growth.
Team Leadership: Build and manage a top-notch engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in software development practices.
Product Development: Oversee the development and delivery of a scalable and reliable software platform, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Innovation Driver: Keep the company ahead of technology trends and ensure the technology strategy serves the business strategy.
Operational Management: Optimize infrastructure, processes, and systems to ensure they support scalable and efficient product development and deployment.

Innovative Leadership: Proven track record as a CTO or senior technology leader with the ability to innovate and drive technological advancements.

Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of technological trends to build strategy and a strong background in software development and SaaS platforms.

Requirements:

Expertise: Significant experience in building and managing high-performing engineering teams, ideally within a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS company.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with a mindset geared towards mentorship, collaboration, and driving results.
Technological Savvy: Broad knowledge of software engineering, architecture patterns, data security, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate technological vision to stakeholders and to collaborate with other executive members.
Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Further professional qualifications are highly regarded.
