We are looking for a Accountant/Project controller to support our Lead Accountant & Project Controller in maintaining accurate financial records, tracking expenses, and managing project costs using QuickBooks and other financial software.

Responsibilities:

Record and categorize company expenses and project costs in QuickBooks and other relevant software.
Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and project cost allocation.
Maintain and organize financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Support the Lead Accountant in preparing audits, tax filings, and financial reports.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for financial analysis and reporting.
Work with other financial or project management software as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science (with an accounting focus).
Proficiency in QuickBooks (certification is a plus).
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with other accounting or project management software is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
