Full Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary: responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, managing display materials, keeping the front area clean, and sorting and distributing mail.

· Answer phones and operate a phone.

· Route calls to specific people.

· Answer inquiries about company.

· Greet visitors warmly

· Schedule meetings.

· Ensure reception area is tidy.

· Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.

· Coordinate office activities.

· Arrange appointments.

· Take payments when necessary.

· Check, answer and send emails.

· Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.

· Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.

· Take and relay messages.

· Update appointment calendars.

· Schedule follow-up appointments.

Full Time: 9am to 5pm Monday- Friday

Pay Starting at $17-$21 depending on experience
