Company Overview

Intueor Consulting, Inc. is a California-based management and business technology consulting firm supporting public agencies, transportation organizations, infrastructure programs, and enterprise technology modernization efforts. We help clients improve operations, implement enterprise systems, strengthen governance, and deliver complex business transformation initiatives.

Position Summary

Intueor is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Finance Functional Consultant with strong project management, advisory, and client-facing implementation experience to support public-sector Oracle Cloud ERP implementation oversight and finance transformation work.

This role requires deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance, with particular strength in General Ledger, Budgeting, Projects, Grants, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will have significant public-sector implementation experience and be comfortable working directly with client leadership, finance teams, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.

This is a full-time role with Intueor’s ERP advisory team. The position is U.S.-based, with a West Coast location strongly preferred. The consultant must be willing and able to provide onsite client support at least 50% of the time, with additional onsite presence as project needs require.

Primary Responsibilities

Support and oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance implementation activities, with focus on GL, Budgeting, Projects, Grants, Procurement, and related finance business processes.
Lead and facilitate finance functional workshops, requirements sessions, process reviews, and best-practice discussions with client stakeholders.
Develop, review, and validate functional requirements, business process documentation, configuration decisions, test plans, issue logs, and implementation deliverables.
Provide project management and functional leadership support across implementation planning, design, testing, training, change management, deployment, and stabilization.
Review vendor/system integrator work products and provide client-side assessment, recommendations, and quality oversight.
Identify business process gaps, implementation risks, data/reporting issues, and opportunities to improve finance operations and system adoption.
Prepare clear functional assessments, reports, presentations, decision materials, and executive-level updates.
Coordinate with finance, grants, budgeting, procurement, IT, project management, and executive stakeholders.
Support change management, training readiness, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, public administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Fifteen+ (15+) years of experience with Oracle ERP platforms, including significant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
Strong functional experience in Oracle Finance, including General Ledger, Budgeting, Projects, Grants, and Procurement.
Primary experience supporting public-sector organizations, including public transportation agencies, city/county agencies, special districts, or similar public entities.
Experience developing functional requirements, facilitating business process discussions, leading finance implementation activities, and supporting ERP project delivery.
Strong understanding of public-sector finance, budgeting, grants, procurement, reporting, controls, and related business processes.
Ability to write clear functional assessments, technical/business reports, meeting summaries, issue papers, and executive-facing materials.
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Ability to provide onsite client support at least 50% of the time, with additional onsite presence as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Big Four consulting experience is a strong plus.
West Coast-based candidate strongly preferred.
Prior experience supporting public transportation, transit, rail, infrastructure, or other public agency ERP implementations.
Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation oversight, vendor management, testing, training, data conversion, reporting, controls, or post-go-live support.
Technical, configuration, reporting, integration, or development experience is a plus, but the primary focus is strong finance functional knowledge.
PMP, CPA, Oracle certification, or other relevant professional certification is preferred but not required.

Work Arrangement

Full-time position.
U.S.-based role; West Coast location strongly preferred.
Minimum 50% client-site travel/onsite support required.
Additional onsite presence may be required based on project needs.
Candidates seeking a fully remote position with no travel should not apply.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP expertise, public-sector background, consulting experience, and location.

Pay: $165,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
