Position Overview
We are hiring a reliable and experienced Onsite Property Manager for an MH/RV Park in Peshastin, Washington.
This individual will serve as our local representative and assist with the property’s daily operations, resident communication, leasing, maintenance coordination, and general upkeep. Training and ongoing guidance will be provided.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working independently, and committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- At least two years of property management experience
- Mobile home park or RV park management experience is strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Ability to live on the property or currently reside within approximately 15 minutes of the park
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working smartphone with reliable internet access
- Basic proficiency with email, Google Drive, Zoom, and mobile applications
- Ability to complete basic paperwork and maintain organized records
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents, vendors, contractors, and management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk throughout the property and use stairs or ladders when necessary
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Spanish-speaking ability is helpful but not required.
Primary ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the RV park
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Monitor property conditions and identify maintenance or safety concerns
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Provide management with photos, videos, and updates regarding property conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation related to residents, maintenance, leasing, and property activities
Leasing and Occupancy
- Advertise available lots or units
- Respond to inquiries from prospective residents
- Explain the community’s features, services, rental terms, and policies
- Show available spaces or homes
- Process applications and assist with applicant screening
- Coordinate lease signing, community rules, and move-in documentation
- Support move-in and move-out activities
- Work with the Asset Manager to improve occupancy and rental income
Resident Relations
- Serve as the primary local contact for residents
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident questions and concerns
- Help resolve disagreements and community issues
- Communicate community policies and expectations
- Build positive and respectful relationships with residents
- Prepare and distribute notices when required
Rent and Administrative Support
- Participate in monthly rent reconciliation meetings with the bookkeeper
- Assist with tracking payments and outstanding balances
- Prepare late-payment notices
- Follow up professionally with residents regarding past-due accounts
- Confirm that resident and property files remain complete and current
- Submit occupancy, maintenance, leasing, and operational reports to the Asset Manager
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate routine repairs and maintenance services
- Obtain estimates and schedule vendors or subcontractors
- Oversee maintenance personnel and contractors working on the property
- Help manage capital improvement projects
- Verify that assigned work has been completed properly
- Perform light maintenance and cleanup when appropriate
- Help maintain common areas, vacant lots, park-owned homes, buildings, and other property structures
Community and Vendor Relationships
- Maintain professional relationships with residents, contractors, vendors, community partners, and local government representatives
- Communicate important property updates to management
- Represent the property and Equal Housing Group professionally
Schedule
This is a part-time, in-person position requiring approximately 10 to 25 hours per week.
The schedule may vary depending on property needs, resident concerns, maintenance work, leasing activity, and urgent situations.
Compensation and Housing Benefit
- Monthly compensation starting at $4,000
- On-site housing perk: the Park Manager has the option to live in a beautiful 3 bed / 2 bath mobile home on the property, complete with a patio and storage, with a $2,000 rent credit applied toward it

Hiring Process

The top two candidates may be invited to complete paid practical assignments over a period of up to 10 days. Candidates will be compensated for the time spent completing the assignments, regardless of the final hiring decision.
The strongest candidate may be offered a contractor services agreement based on qualifications, interview performance, and completion of the practical assignments.
