Branch Manager

Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice Location: Tacoma, WA or Tumwater, WA Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 annually. Bonus opportunities.

Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the operational, financial, and team performance of our growing home health and hospice organization. This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, and enjoys building high-performing teams.

As Branch Manager, you will work closely with clinical leadership, business development, and operational teams to drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of excellence that supports both patients and employees.

What You'll Do

Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service.
Drive achievement of branch goals related to growth, revenue, productivity, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction.
Manage branch financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
Partner with clinical leadership to ensure appropriate staffing and support quality patient care.
Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
Support business development efforts and strengthen referral relationships throughout the community.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, federal, and company regulations.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture.
Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and growth plans.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or management experience in healthcare. Preferably in home health or hospice.
Strong experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans.

Preferred Qualifications

Home Health, Hospice, or Post-Acute Care leadership experience.
Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and productivity metrics.
Knowledge of Medicare regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
Proven success in driving growth and operational excellence.
