Full Job Description

Meridian Park Oral Surgery is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule:

Part-time
3 days per week

Primary Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Schedule patient consultations and surgical appointments
Coordinate treatment schedules while maintaining provider efficiency
Work at checkout by collecting and applying patient payments accurately
Review treatment plans and discuss financial responsibilities with patients
Communicate with referring dental offices regarding patient scheduling and treatment updates
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
Assist with other front office duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous dental, oral surgery experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-oriented with a professional demeanor

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
