Job Overview
*Looking for candidates with experience using Grill top and cooking smash burgers!*

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. We specialize in high-quality gourmet hotdogs and burgers in a fun, fast-paced environment. This role will be in a cloud kitchen environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and dietary guidelines. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of food served in our kitchen, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in food preparation, culinary skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and dietary requirements.
Assist in menu planning and food presentation to ensure appealing dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.
Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Ensure all food items are stored properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.
