Full Job Description

Cure Med Spa is expanding our current location and opening a full-day spa on the second floor, along with a training institute and wellness center on the first floor. We are seeking an individual who is well-organized, positive, and an energetic professional. The ideal candidate excels in customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. While we are looking for someone with prior administrative experience and spa or beauty industry knowledge, we will consider any applicant with strong customer service skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be the first person to greet our clients, so making a great first impression is essential. The right candidate is proficient with computers and is a true team player.

Part-time and full-time positions are available for the right candidates. We pride ourselves on advanced medical spa practices and an exceptional patient experience. Our team enjoys a relaxed and positive working environment; we collaborate rather than compete and offer continued opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and check them in for their treatments
Verify payment methods and update client information
Answer phones and explain the treatments we offer
Schedule treatments and manage appointment changes
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail correspondence
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Assist with filing and other administrative tasks as needed
Help the team achieve sales goals
Learn all treatments we provide as well as related product knowledge

Qualifications

Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software
Administrative or clerical experience is a plus
Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
