Job Title:

Medical Support Specialist (RN)
(Outpatient Clinic Nurse / Donor Care RN)

Work in a modern plasma donation center in Cedar Falls, IA, providing patient-focused care in a low-acuity setting.

Best Fit for Nurses With Experience In:

Outpatient or clinic nursing
Primary care / urgent care
ER or med-surg (seeking lower acuity)
Dialysis or infusion therapy
Blood bank or plasma donation
Phlebotomy / IV therapy

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct health screenings and patient assessments
Monitor vitals and review medical histories
Provide patient education and donor care
Respond to medical events and support interventions
Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company standards
Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications:

Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
IV/infusion experience preferred
