The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team approximately 32-34 hours per week.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, clinically confident, and passionate about helping patients improve their health. This position works closely with our clinical team to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality care while creating an exceptional patient experience. Your expertise will support patients in achieving optimal wellness, managing chronic conditions, and improving overall quality of life through personalized care plans. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by combining clinical excellence with patient-centered care in a vibrant, forward-thinking environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Administer treatments such as IV infusions and injections.
Perform laboratory specimen collection and processing.
Prepare patients for appointments by obtaining vital signs, updating health information, and assisting with clinic workflow.
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations aligned with functional medicine principles.
Collaborate closely with our clinical team to deliver individualized patient-centered care.
Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinical environment.

Qualifications

Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous IV therapy and phlebotomy experience required.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, compassionate presence.
Passion for patient education and relationship-centered care.
Interest in functional medicine or whole-person healthcare.

Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
