We're looking for an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about patient care, enjoys learning, and wants to grow alongside an innovative and rapidly expanding practice.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Occasional evening patient education events held at the office
Responsibilities
- Welcome and room patients while creating a warm, professional, high-touch patient experience.
- Obtain vital signs, document patient history, and prepare patients for their appointments.
- Perform phlebotomy and process laboratory specimens.
- Start IVs and monitor IV therapies (LPN applicants must be IV certified, or willing to become certified within 90 days).
- Assist with in-office procedures, including hormone pellets, regenerative medicine, sexual medicine, hair restoration, and aesthetic treatments.
- Prepare procedure rooms and maintain sterile technique.
- Provide patient education before and after treatments as needed.
- Answer patient phone calls, portal messages, and clinical questions with professionalism and compassion.
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and ongoing patient care.
- Maintain exam rooms, procedure rooms, and clinical inventory.
- Clean, sterilize, and autoclave surgical instruments.
- Assist with occasional after-hours patient education events hosted by the practice.
- Work closely with the provider to ensure an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
- Perform other clinical and administrative duties as needed to support the growth and success of the practice.
Qualifications
- Current Florida RN or LPN license.
- IV certification required for LPN applicants (or willing to become certified within 90 days).
- Strong IV and phlebotomy skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable discussing sensitive medical topics with professionalism and compassion.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Women's health, gynecology, or procedural experience is a plus.
- Interest in functional medicine, hormone optimization, and personalized healthcare is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $52,000-$65,000, based on qualifications, experience, and licensure.
