NDZ Performance is a leading manufacturer of aftermarket firearms and shooting industry accessories. And we’re expanding! We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our growing team.
Founded in 2008, NDZ Performance is a direct-to-consumer company (we sell our products directly to shoppers). Today, we own and operate a robust machine shop (American made!) as well as multiple ecommerce marketplaces. NDZ currently sells/ vends on our retail site (Big Commerce), Amazon, Etsy, and Ebay.
The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for leading the growth of our retail website under the Director of Digital Operations. You will work closely with the Director of Digital Operations to list new products, create new content and resolve any ecommerce issues. (Training is available). You will also work closely with Marketing, Graphics, Photo Department, Warehouse and Customer Experience teams to understand evolving business needs, document systematic processes, and identify solutions for recurring issues.
On an average day, you'll…
- Team up with Marketing, Product Management and Supply Chain to spotlight our products online, continuously tuning merchandising to increase conversion rate
- List/ post new products to the Big Commerce site
- Keep a pulse on product availability, new releases, and lagging products to create strategies to drive online revenue as those variables change
- Architect and maintain a product upsell, cross-sell and related products strategy
- Analyze site metrics to uncover opportunities for site enhancements
- Optimize product category and detail pages for conversions
- Create custom category pages for target audience segments
- Tune on-site search performance
- Collaborate with the product campaign team to spark new ideas for marketing tactics that will elevate ecommerce performance
- Strategize how our website and third party applications can work together to support our customers on their path to conversion
- Run experiments to test all of your ideas and implement the winners
The team you will be joining:
- This multi-talented inbound marketing and eCommerce team consists of digital marketers, writers, designers, and photographers. You will not be thrown into this workflow by yourself and will be supported and trained accordingly. We PREFER that you have experience with BigCommerce though and will consider applicants that have Shopify experience (or other ecommerce marketplace) experience as well.

- Someone that has at least 5 years of ecommerce marketplace management experience (BigCommerece / Shopify / Amazon / Ebay or the like - if you have managed any one of these you may be a great fit!)

- Self-starter who is excited to set up and optimize a new system and processes
- A fast learner who can quickly understand technical products to effectively merchandise them
Benefits
The salary range for this role is $52,000-$75,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
