First Financial Clarity is powered by our partnership with COR Financial Partners, giving our consultants access to a broad range of financial solutions, industry-leading training, and experienced leadership.

No previous financial services experience is required. We value integrity, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to serve others.

What You'll Do

As a Retirement Specialist, you'll educate and guide individuals, families, and business owners through important financial decisions.

Responsibilities include:

Meet with clients virtually or in person
Learn about clients' goals, priorities, and financial concerns
Educate clients on retirement planning, wealth protection, and financial strategies
Develop personalized financial solutions based on each client's needs
Help clients review and improve their current financial position
Build long-term relationships through ongoing service and annual reviews
Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards

This is a relationship-focused consulting role centered on education, trust, and long-term client success.

Experience in financial services, sales, education, healthcare, customer service, management, or entrepreneurship is helpful but not required.

We provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to pass a background check
Willingness to obtain required state Life & Health Insurance licenses (licensing support provided)
Reliable internet connection for virtual appointments

Preferred

Life & Health Insurance License
Customer service or client-facing experience

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-only compensation and unlimited earning potential.

Typical earnings:

Part-Time: $50,000–$100,000+ annually based on production and time commitment
