Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with them via phone and digital communication to schedule appointments that drive our business forward. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure a seamless experience for our clients and support our sales objectives. Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and data entry tools
Engage with clients in multiple languages, including bilingual communication, to accommodate diverse customer needs
Maintain professional phone etiquette while building rapport and trust with potential customers
Schedule appointments accurately within the company’s calendar system, ensuring all details are clear and confirmed
Follow up with clients as needed to confirm appointments and provide additional support or information
Record detailed notes of client interactions, updating customer profiles with relevant information
Assist with customer support inquiries related to appointment scheduling and general client services

Qualifications

Proven experience in call center roles, sales, or customer support environments
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and scheduling tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
Demonstrated phone etiquette and outbound calling experience
Ability to analyze client needs quickly and respond professionally
Familiarity with customer service principles, client relations, and technical proficiency in relevant software tools
Capable of handling cash transactions or payments if required (nice-to-have)
Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and record keeping
