Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the restaurant for opening by checking safety and security from the previous night.

Maintain the building's exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.

Coordinate with the opening team for efficient preparation.

Ensure food safety by taking temperatures and documenting them accurately.

Manage stock rotation in coolers and storage areas using FIFO methods.
Qualifications:

A genuine smile and friendly demeanor!

Strong communication skills and dependability.

1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred.

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Must be at least 18 years old and able to work independently.

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
